

Diagnostics of proportional valves and servo valves

Test device from the German manufacturer Dietz automation GmbH for checking proportional valves and servo valves, which can compare the desired and actual signal values. It is suitable for controlling and functional testing valves with an operating voltage of ± 15V or +24V (standard) and supports the following operating modes:

Internal - controlled from the test device

All standard servo and proportional valves with 6+PE connectors are supported (Parker-Hannifin, Bosch-Rexroth, Eaton, and others).
Microfiltration of hydraulic systems
This is a filtration that captures particles up to 0.1 microns in size, including water. This size is the so-called soft sludge (oil oxidation), which is formed more in modern oils than in older ones. It is a filtration that can extend the life of mineral oil by up to 3 times. It is especially suitable where there are proportional valves, servo valves and regulating hydrogenerators. The filtration includes oil analysis before and after filtration.
